Manager - Business Development - Agency Channel - Life Insurance (1-8 yrs)

- A successful business development manager will have the ability to forge strong, long-lasting bonds with key clients. They will also require a direct, decisive communication style in order to tailor solutions for various needs on behalf of their clients.

Role :

- Managing team of Branch Heads and Sales Managers.

- Training & Motivating the entire Zone Team to drive Agency business.

- Responsible for Key initiatives of sales as well as recruitment in Zone.

- The primary responsibilities of agency managers include choosing trustworthy advisors and business partners.

- In the Agency Channel, the Agency will be in charge of leading a staff of 8-10 sales managers who are employed on a permanent basis.

- Paying attention to and achieving the sales objectives.

- Reaching sales objectives.

- Go with salespeople to clients in order to support and enhance their performance.

- The sales managers are responsible for assembling the team (life insurance advisors) from within their own social and professional networks.

- Making a business plan that covers the management of sales, revenue, and costs.

- Achieving hoped-for sales targets.

- Setting individual sales goals in conjunction with the sales team.

- Keeping an eye on sales goals and providing updates as necessary.

- Keeping an eye on the actions and performance of the sales team.

- Coordinating efforts to generate leads with

Candidate Profile :

The candidate must first meet the first requirement, which is that they have at least a year of experience in core sales.

- A 21- to 35-year-old age range is ideal.

- Personal transportation is necessary.

- Spend at least four years in the same city.

This is fieldwork, not office work, so you should be ready to work outside.
