Job Title : Business Development Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the agency insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business relationships with insurance agencies, driving revenue growth, and increasing market share.

Key Responsibilities :

- Create and implement a strategic sales plan in order to meet sales and revenue targets.

- Determine and target potential insurance agency clients, cultivate connections, and secure new business prospects

- Conduct market research and analysis to uncover industry trends, market opportunities, and possible rivals.

- Work with internal teams to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives that will increase brand awareness and lead generation.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through deal closure and continuing account maintenance.

- Negotiate and conclude sales contracts with clients, making certain that all terms and conditions are met.

- Clients should receive excellent customer service, with enquiries and issues addressed in a timely and professional manner.

- Attend business events, conferences, and seminars to keep abreast of industry developments and to broaden your network.

- Regularly prepare and deliver

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in field sales & marketing.

- Proven track record of surpassing sales and revenue targets

- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities

- Capability to work autonomously, with great self-motivation and accountability

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to spot industry trends and prospects

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other necessary software

- Travelling for business meetings and events as needed

Salary : 25000/- To 30000/- as per month
