Job Title : Business Development Manager - Agency Insurance

Job Summary :

- The Business Development Manager for Agency Insurance is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth for an insurance agency. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business development involves finding and pursuing new business prospects by networking and establishing connections with prospective customers, such as insurance brokers, agents, and other middlemen.

- Create and implement sales tactics to grow the agency's clientele and revenue.

- To spot possible business opportunities and stay ahead of rivals, keep up with industry developments and market circumstances.

- Relationship management: Develop and maintain strong connections with customers by being aware of their needs and offering them first-rate support.

- Provide prompt responses to questions, deal with client concerns, and serve as a reliable counsel for issues relating to insurance.

- To find upselling and cross-selling opportunities, conduct routine customer reviews.

- Team management involves leading and supervising a group of salespeople and giving them direction, coaching, and assistance in order to hit sales goals.

- Establish performance targets, track results.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree completed in any field.

- Field sales and marketing experience of 3 years.

- Business growth experience that has been proven, preferably in the insurance sector.

- Strong sales abilities and a history of hitting sales goals.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Possessing the ability to establish and sustain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Superior ability to manage a team and act as a leader.

- Ability to think strategically and analytically.

- Knowledge of insurance rules, market developments, and insurance goods and services.

- Ability to operate both individually and in a collaborative atmosphere.

- Capable of using CRM programs, Microsoft Office apps, and other important business tools.

Salary : 3 LPA To 4 LPA + Incentives
