Manager - Business Development - Agency Channel - BFS (3-7 yrs)
- For the position of Sales Manager - Agency channel, we are hiring. For the discussion rounds, interested candidates may submit their most recent resumes.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Include meeting with clients to discuss their changing needs and to evaluate the quality of our relationship with them
- Training, motivating, and providing advice to a team of sales managers
- Generating leads and cultivating client relationships.
- Meeting with potential clients to develop long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Achieving predetermined sales targets
- By collaborating with marketing on lead generation
Candidate Profile :
- Age 24-40 years
- Graduate (10+2+3)
- Presently working
- 3 To 7 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
- Should be from a structured organization with proper documents.
Essential Knowledge/Skill Sets :
1. Communication in English, Hindi & other Regional Language (Local candidate will be preferred)
2. Keen to work in a highly competitive environment
3. Right attitude & never - say- die mind-set
4. Achieving the given sales targets
5. 2 Years Sales Experience
