Manager - Business Development - Advertising Agency (3-5 yrs)
We are seeking young, dynamic professionals with contagious enthusiasm and a mind for out-of-the-box solutions to join our top-notch advertising agency.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and study information about clients' products, needs, problems, advertising history, and business practices in order to offer effective sales presentations and appropriate product assistance.
- Prospect potential new clients, meet them on daily basis and bring revenues to the organization.
- Meeting/ Talking to the clients, understanding their needs and offer them a custom tailor-made media advertising solution.
- Gather client's business requirements and assist in driving strategy, planning, execution by communicating and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Constantly updating the database of clients, marketing agencies & the media owners.
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with old and new clients to evaluate better results
- Developing a relationship with clients, agencies to help the organization reach the next level.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
Qualifications:
- The Candidate should have done B2B media sales for the minimum time span of 5 years. (Male Candidate)
- The profile requires Hard-core Corporate, SME & Retail B2B sales
- Hands on experience of handling MS-office
- Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills (both English and Hindi)
- Good presentation and pitching skills to sign up clients
