Manager - Business Development (5-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Conduct recce in new territories / cities / states to identify marketing opportunities and carry out required follow ups
2. Meet potential distributors / wholesalers who can become our channel partners
3. Negotiate with the potential distributors, acting as a bridge between the company and the distributor
4. Appoint the best possible distributors in these new areas
5. Meet targets set by the company
6. Act as the company's representative in the market and gather key marketing information like current schemes, new launches, running designs, etc.
Experience :
The Candidate should :
1. Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6 yrs of experience in laminates / sunmica
2. Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning
3. Be comfortable with written English
4. Strong negotiation capabilities
5. Willing to be on tour all over india for up to 20 days a month
Educational Qualification : Min. college graduate
