Manager - Business Development (4-5 yrs)
Looking for an ideal candidate having 4 to 5yrs experience of working as a Sales and Business Manager, would be responsible for building and increasing the market share for the sales of our products(Modular Kitchen, Sliding Doors,Window,Wardrobe etc).
- Handling the end to end sales process.
- Responsible for making B2B clients.
- Client Visit & Office(Showroom) both are required.
- Both residential & Commercial work project to work upon.
- Generating leads and close them actively.
- Team handling
- Identify growth areas and direct sales staff
- Responsible for Project Specification with Architects, Interior Designers, Project Management Companies, Builders, and Contractors and convincing them.
- Doing SITE SURVEYS to get the necessary information about the new Projects.
- Responsible for follow-ups and payments from the customers for ongoing and new projects.
- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor's moves to achieve market share metrics; evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
- Responsible for building up a strong Sales Dept.
Required Candidate Profile
Min. qualification of Graduate/MBA Added Advantage.
Total-experience and Skills required:
- 4 to 5 years of experience minimum.
- Candidates from the same Industry will only be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed and pleasant
- Self Driven
- Highly Passionate
