Job Role :
- Keeping a check of daily/weekly/monthly sales in line of the defined budget & strategy and ensure the team is moving with the organization's defined direction.
- Increase the market share of company by adding new clients and customers.
- Analyse and study sales data to identify problem areas and develop areas of improvement for the team.
- Collaborate with CRM, commercial and Operations teams to define strategies and achieve regional budgeted revenue numbers.
