Manager - Business Development (2-7 yrs)
We are currently hiring for a Business Development Manager.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Generate new leads and cold calling with the client.
- Beginning growth strategies and plans.
- Increase sales of the business.
- Create a sales pipeline.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Motivating advisors in order to retain the fulfilling advisors and giving special attention to average performers and present needs-based training.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and managing revenue targets.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Maintain good working connections with customers.
- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.
Requirements:
- Local candidates
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- Experience: 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication
- Qualification: Any graduation
- CTC: 2.55 LPA + Incentive + Medical Benefits
