We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve the financial goals set in terms of revenue targets and gross margin targets on a month on month basis.

2. Team management and strategic planning to improve efficiency and cost optimization

3. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

4. Partake in strategizing new initiatives for growing business with a quantifiable end product.

5. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

6. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

7. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

8. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

10. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

11. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

12. Delegate tasks based on each member's strength & skills

Skills & Expertise:

1. Demonstrated experience in scaling up business operations

- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.

2. Seasoned and successful leader, preferably with experience in a major & complex industry or organization in a competitive market segment.

3. Carry good business acumen to help with the growth of the organization

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Should be target oriented

6. High level of integrity and work ethic.

7. A good people manager to ensure everyone is motivated

8. Experience of working in diverse markets and successful track record of achieving sales, brand building, network development & profit targets
