- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development manager to join our recruitment firm.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development initiatives.

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to create customized recruitment strategies for clients.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to management. 2 Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (MBA preferred)

- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, must in the recruitment industry.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Highly motivated with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.

- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
