Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Supervising staff to ensure that they perform the correct tasks to prescribed standards
- Assigning work to Sales Representatives in an equitable manner
- Identify Sales and conversion opportunities
- Build a strong ecosystem of partners and resellers
- Maintain existing business and give sales projections

- Graduate - Any Bachelor Degree
- Age: 24 to 35 Years
- CTC - 2.75 LPA + Incentives + Bonus
