Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Leads will be provided to you by Presales team.
- Call prospective clients and explain our services
- Set up online meetings with prospective clients
- Make and present business proposals, make presentations to help close new business
- Attend client presentations and document client scope
- Follow sales processes and internal procedures.
- Update the daily call reports and prepare Sales MIS
- Conduct background research on selected prospective clients
- Collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery.
- Prepare proposals and detailed costing for review by Sales Head prior to negotiation with clients.
- Make sure your client is attended all the time, ensure customer delight and get repeat business and referrals.
- Up-selling & Cross-selling is expected.
