Business Development Manager


Client sourcing Lead Generation & Sales Meetings :

The Business Consultant will be responsible for Generating Client Meet and visiting client on day-to-day basis for sales meeting. Conduct a minimum of three sales meetings daily, out of which 50% of leads/calls will be provided by the company, and the remaining should be generated independently by the Business Consultant.

Face-to-Face Client Meetings :

- Conduct three face-to-face meetings with clients daily.

- Complete the Evaluation Sheet provided by the company during each client meeting.

- Submit the Evaluation Sheet along with the client visiting card to the HOD/HR department on a daily basis.

Revenue Generation :


- The Consultant will be fully responsible for the Revenue generation for the company as per his KRA & Goal set by the HOD.


- The Sales consultant will be responsible for Client acquisition with generating monthly sales of - 10 lakhs for the first three months, and thereafter, the target is raised to - 20 lakhs per month

Weekly & Monthly Projections : Submit weekly/ Monthly sales projections in advance.

Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting : Submit Daily/ weekly/ Monthly reports to the respective Reporting Manager, copying other Heads of Departments (HODs).

- Business Consultant Will be responsible to adhere company policy and its rule.

- Business Consultant is responsible to follow direction given by superior to achieve Target.
