Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities of the applicants include:
- Lead a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support
- Resolve customer complaints brought to your attention
- Create policies and procedures
- Plan the foundation and standardization of service delivery
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Recognize customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
- Administer quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team

Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing
CTC: 2.40 L/A + Incentive + Bonus
Qualification: Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
