Manager - Business Development (2-4 yrs)

Here, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

We are looking forward to a candidate who has a lot of knowledge about sales/marketing and is capable of delivering to the clients.

Job Description:

- Developing growth strategies and plans.

- Managing and retaining connections with existing clients.

- Increasing client base.

- Having knowledge of business outcomes and value proposition.

- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

- Visiting appointments, meetings, and industry events.

- Generating quotes and proposals for clients.

- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.

- Arrange business connections with prospective clients.

- Promote the company's goods/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives.

- Create a sales pipeline.

- Negotiate pricing with customers, and suppliers in some cases.

- Increase sales of the business.

- Explain the business sales and marketing strategy.

- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

- Maintain good working relationships with customers.

- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.

- The ongoing training of your salespeople.

Candidate Requirement:

Age: 24 to 38 Years

Qualification: Any graduation

Local Candidates are preferred.

Good Stability

Good Communication

Experience: 2+ Years of experience in sales and Marketing

CTC: Up to 2.40 LPA + High Incentives + Performance Bonus + Other Benefits
