Manager - Business Development (2-3 yrs)

Summary ;

As a business development manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

You may have a single role in the organisation or lead a team of staff. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

Roles :

1.Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers,, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

2. Build his own team and train them as per the location and as a sales agent .

3. Develop healthy relationship with manager and clients

4. Develop new strategies and cope up with new market trends

6. Maintain daily records and set monthly records .

Skills needed:

1. Strong communication power

2. Team handling

3. Problem handling skills

- Pay Roll:- On Roll

- Experience:- Mini. 2 experience required in any sales and marketing

- CTC:- 1.80 L/A to 2.40 L/A + Incentive

- Qualification:- Mini. Graduation is Compulsory
