Manager - Business Alliance - Bank (4-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensuring the portfolio growth and quality on Pan-India level for relationships managed.

- Develop new corporate tie-ups Pan India and design structured finance solutions to suit corporate requirements.

- Maintain relationships with corporate partner side relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless account management of Channel partners.

- Work closely with internal Sales, Technology, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations team to develop systems in order to best serve the anchor partners.

Desired Profile :

- The ideal candidate should be post graduate in business administration or MBA (Premier institutes).

- Relevant Sales /BD experience in BFSI, Supply Chain Finance, FinTech, building and nurturing alliances, partners especially with banks, BFSI, Platforms, Marketplaces, Anchor enterprises.

- Good understanding of digitization aspects as pertains to lending.

- Be ok with the start-up (all-hands-on-deck) approach.

- Have experience in scaling sales through a resource-lean model.

- Good understanding of Financial Products and Credit.

- Experience in Supply Chain Finance will give the candidate a strong added advantage.

- Comfortable with travelling pan-India for partner acquisition and relationship management responsibilities.
