Manager - Branding - FMCG (8-12 yrs)

Job Overview :

- An experienced and creative Manager to lead our branding, channel management, retail design, and experience efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of branding principles, channel management strategies, and retail design concepts. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand identity, optimize our channel management processes, and create engaging retail experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and perception.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

- Manage relationships with channel partners & build brand relationships with stakeholders.

- Develop and implement channel management strategies to optimize distribution channels and improve market reach.

- Design and implement new retail experience strategies for new store openings.


- Frequent Travelling May Be Required To Other South Indian States

- Lead the design and implementation of retail environments that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets, including signage, displays, and promotional materials.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of branding, channel management, and retail design initiatives, adjusting as needed to achieve business objectives. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices in branding, channel management, and retail design & experience.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Experience :

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in branding, channel management, retail design, or related field in the consumer durable/FMCG industry.

Required Skill :


- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding and channel management strategies.

- Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience working in the retail industry/building material.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
