Our client is tech media startup that is working towards filling the demand for quality content in the social and digital media space through innovative visual storytelling.

The Job

In this role, you will be leading a team in developing innovative and creative ideas according to the company's programming as well as acquiring new clients through pitching of various value propositions and creating compelling brand presentations.

You will be responsible for:

- Conceptualising digital led strategies and solutions to address client/brand requirements

- Working closely with the programming and sales teams on brand briefs development, Intellectual Properties on the channels, Branded Content & Integrations, and Multimedia 360 degree solutions

- Keeping abreast with the current digital trends in national and international markets and capable of replicating / - developing the same for the company's clients and channels

- Establishing good industry connections with talent, artists, production houses, influencers

- Maintaining relationships with vendors and liaising with them for end to end execution of ideas

- Having a deep understanding of how to create business driven creative solutions

The Profile

- You have a Master's/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or General Management.

- You have at least 5 years of solid experience in brand solutions and marketing in Media Industry

- You have a strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements and their business sales.

- You have demonstrated experience in developing brand and marketing strategies as well as providing recommendations to the team.

- You stay up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices.

- You are a rapid learner with ability to work both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.

- You possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish connections and working relationships across teams.

- You have a creative and strategic mindset to produce innovative and original campaign ideas.

- You are driven by data and have an affinity for numbers.
