Experience Required : 


- 2-5 years of PR experience in any healthcare company. 


- Must have experience of dealing with Doctors, Hospitals, Institutes, Schools, Corporate Clients

Industry Experience Required : Wellness/ Fitness/ Medical/ Healthcare/ Hospital/ Pharma/ Biotech/ clinical Research/ Medical Devices/ Equipments

Role & Responsibilities :


- As a PR Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining a glowing company image, both offline and online, strongly position services provided for various segments to the clients, customers and alliance partners. 


- You will be tasked with, meeting doctors, corporate clients, hospitals, institutes, customers and alliance partners to increase awareness, cultivating interest in the services and solutions provided by the organisation. Public relations, corporate communication & crisis communications will be the core focus area.

Key Responsibilities : 

- Develop a communication plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics.

- Understanding B2B Market.

- Approaching doctors, institutes, schools, organisations, hospitals and parents. Pitching them about how we can help the client/customer in achieving their mental & physical wellbeing.

- Approaching the decision-makers, understanding their needs and propose a customised service solution to them.

- Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups. Building long terms relations with them. Inviting them for panel discussion on a unique topic. Moderating the event from scratch.

- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast, and online media.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management. Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.

- Coordinate all public relations activities.

- Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services;

- Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media forums.

- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media. Manage media inquiries and interview requests.

- Create content for press releases, by-line articles, and keynote presentations.

- Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis.

- Communicate internally and capitalize on feedback received from online & offline channels.

- Handle all social media platforms and actively share content to gain traction/followers.

- Recruit, motivate, and retain a team to manage Public Affairs and client relations.

Knowledge And Skills :

- English language fluency: You need to have excellent written and spoken English. Very strong writing skills with a nose for news - a storyteller at heart

- Strong interpersonal skills: Whether it's over the phone, by email or in-person, PR is all about people, so you need to be approachable, friendly and empathetic, and be able to relate to people on different levels within the agency, with clients and with the media so that you can make a right effective pitch leading to its conversion and positive outcome.

- Presentation & persuasive skills: From communicating with clients, customers and with the organisation, you need to organize information in a succinct and interesting way to capture their attention. Eventually become an influencer to be able drive companies- vision & mission.

- Excellent telephone manner: You will spend a lot of your time pitching service solutions, so you need to pick up the phone and speak to them and maintain a positive, friendly and upbeat tone.

- Time-keeping: You will often be working to tight deliverables deadlines as well as meeting the work pressures, hence it is expected that your work speaks for your efficiency and quality.

- Sound understanding of the workings of various communication channels - intranet, corporate website, social media, traditional media etc.

Personal Attributes :

- This role requires a high level of interaction and collaboration, both within & outside the organisation. Having the right temperament and the ability to engage with stakeholders- is an important prerequisite, as is maintaining a collegial manner.

- The ideal candidate is someone who can deliver against tight deadlines and does not easily get ruffled by the deluge of demands and tasks that come their way

- The individual is someone who can travel to meet external stakeholders - Doctors, Hospitals, Institutes, Corporate Clients, Schools, Customers, etc.

- The candidate should be able to bring in new ideas to the table.
