Manager - Brand Marketing - B2B Partnerships (4-15 yrs)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on B2B partnership marketing.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to establish and enhance our brand presence among B2B partners and drive growth through strategic collaborations.


- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our brand and expand our B2B network.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Partnership Development : Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with B2B companies that align with our brand and business goals.

Brand Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy focused on partnerships to increase brand awareness, reputation, and market presence.

Campaign Planning : Create and manage marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events that leverage B2B partnerships to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility.

Content Creation : Develop engaging and relevant content, including presentations, collateral, articles, and digital assets, to support B2B partnership marketing efforts.

Marketing Collateral : Collaborate with the creative team to produce marketing collateral that effectively communicates our value proposition to B2B partners.

Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential partnership opportunities, understand market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.

Metrics and Analysis : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of brand marketing efforts and B2B partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams, including sales, product, and business development, to align brand marketing initiatives with overall company objectives.

Budget Management : Develop and manage the brand marketing budget for B2B partnership initiatives.

Compliance : Ensure all brand marketing activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in brand marketing, with a focus on B2B partnerships, ideally in a [related industry or sector].

- Strong understanding of B2B partnership dynamics and the ability to identify and nurture strategic collaborations.

- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and crafting compelling marketing messages.

- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with marketing analytics tools.

- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in marketing strategies.

- Results-driven and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
