- We are currently recruiting for the position of Manager - Brand Management having professional expertise and proven ability to accelerate the brand visibility in the real estate market place and bring creative and operational leadership to content marketing for a Housing Finance company to transforms the lives and livelihoods of informal self-employed to find a home and finance a home.

Responsibilities :

- Work closely with the with the top management to define the branding and content marketing strategy and roadmap to meet company targets for actualising inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation Initiative

- Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.

- Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn

- Monthly editorial calendars, to using marketing strategies to deliver the brand's message in creative ways.

- Oversee marketing strategies to engage customers and ensure that they have a positive view of the company and its products or services.

- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence

- Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

- Collaborate with creative agencies, design and writing teams to produce high quality content

- Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of your company

- Identify new and pioneering opportunities to achieve best in class communications

- Work towards Brand Campaign management and Event Management which includes managing ATL and BTL activities, press, media, Events - planning, coordinating and executing

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements :

- 3-5 years of social media management experience

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field

- Should have the ability to think of ideas and solutions for brands and storytelling through our mediums

- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences

- Hands on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics

- Expertise in social media platforms

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English

- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets

Location : Based at the company's admin office at Bombay Stock Exchange building, Fort, Mumbai.
