We are HIRING Brand Design Manager for one of our clients - one of the world's fastest-growing Agri-tech companies.

The Brand Design Manager will be Leading for a creative, out-of-the-box product-first thinker with an iterative mindset and is entrepreneurial in nature who can be a part of the early team at Animall and build a Bharat-focused product for dairy farmers. You will be creating the Marketplace product from scratch.

Responsibilities :

- You will be creating the Visual Brand Identity of the company.

- Designing communication campaigns and being a part of designing long-term communication strategies for all digital channels.

- Creating modern, compelling, unique, and inventive designs for Digital & Social Media Enhancing customers' visual experience.

- Deliver short-term high-impact projects on Product Development, Photography, Visual Communication & Marketing.

- You will be mentoring & leading your team towards creating visual communication across all channels for Animall.

Qualifications :

- Experience required 5+ years. Specialized in Graphic Designing.

- Experience in Photoshop Illustrator and Design on Premiere Pro & Figma.

- Team Handling (As up to 7 people will be reporting the person.

- People Reporting will be like: UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Videographer and Photographer).

- Experience with working on Android App.

- Experience of working with B2C Brand (Would prefer).

- Basic work focuses on like designing of brand, logo, color, Creating Brand identity, Creating a repository for PR and Marketing.
