Job Role:
- Customer service management for the Pune branch covering part of Maharashtra State and the complete Goa State.
Responsibilities:
- The position is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery of field support services to Company's Installed Base of Pune branch through the team of highly experienced field service engineers for achieving consistently higher level of Customer Satisfaction.
Core Competencies:
- The essential core competencies that the candidate must be able to demonstrate are Proficiency in verbal and written English, Proficiency in verbal Marathi and Hindi, Customer centricity, Team management, Team work, Planning & co-ordination, Technical knowledge and Problem solving
Education:
- Graduate in Engineering with specialisation in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical stream from a reputed institute (Full time degree course only).
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in field of field service of industrial automation equipment with last 3 years as a Manager/Team Leader in a MNC operation.
