Manager - Branch Sales - Bank (3-9 yrs)
Graduation/PG management is preferable
- Has handled team size of executives, DSA,DSTs, Or have the potential to handle the team.
- Has proven sales record
- Experienced in setting business in new market geographically
- Process oriented
- Working knowledge of MS-office
- Customer satisfaction survey
Detailed Job Responsibilities :
- Experience in Housing finance, Mortgage load, retail finance, LAP is must
- Operational Transactions to meet sales volume and target numbers for branch
- Recruit a team of sales executive to generate business
- To monitor the progress of branch, Open new locations, launch new locations expand geographically, make sales reports and MIS
- To inculcate timely and accurate communication to enable employees to achieve their targets
- To foster high degree of team spirit and camaraderie
- Customer handling and managing relationships
Relevant Experience :
Min 3 years of experience in Retail Finance (HL, LAP)
