Manager - Branch Relationship - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Relationship Management with Clients:
- Build and maintain relationships with both current and future customers.
- Recognize the financial requirements of your clients and suggest appropriate banking services and products.
- Serve as the main point of contact for questions from clients and the handling of their problems.
Business Development and Sales :
- Reach sales goals for branches by advertising banking goods and services.
- Financial products like loans, mortgages, investments, and insurance can be upsold and cross-marketed.
- Find ways to increase the number of clients and bring in new business.
Excellence in Customer Service :
- Deliver outstanding customer service in order to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Respond quickly and expertly to consumer concerns and questions.
- Make sure internal policies and regulatory requirements are followed.
Financial Guidance :
- Provide clients with financial guidance and advice based on their risk tolerance and financial goals.
- Make appropriate investment strategy recommendations based on your financial assessments.
