Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Insurance / Financial Advisors
- Team Management Development Building Agency - Identify and recruit potential advisors
- Sourcing Business through team efforts
- Active Participation in Sales Contest driving the same in team for successful achievement.
- Develop Sales Strategy on monthly basis
- Meet targets of Sales Promotional Activities / Cluster Activities. Meet Monthly Revenue Targets
- Manage team performance and productivity
Leadership : Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
Mentoring and Training : Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors Involves attending sales calls (outside the office),
Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience : 2 - 5 Years in field sales
Salary : 2 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
Qualification : Other Bachelor Degree
