Job Summary :
- The primary role of the sales personnel is to sell banking products (loans) to MSME segment. The role will involve sales through channel partner and direct selling.
Job description :
- Responsible for selling Business loans.
- Manage relationship with channel partner and achieve individual target.
- Interaction and liaison with the banks.
- Evaluate client profile to check the credit suitability.
- Evaluate and customer profile and suggest the right product.
- Responsible for branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of the branch.
- Ensure that the branch meets its targets.
Qualification and Skills :
- Graduate\ Postgraduate
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Banking Sales
- Exposure of working in NBFC or Banks in Loan Division is mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification : Any
Working Days : 5 Days a Week
