Manager - Branch Customer Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
- Acquire new clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue
- Actively cross-sell / up-sell products to the company's existing customers by identifying the customer needs
- Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns, and ensure the quality of business is maintained
Consistently :
- Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise new ways of widening the customer base for revenue generation opportunities
- Accept the authority of applications, and complaints of the customers and be responsible to take them forward with the concerned team
- Exercise due diligence to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
- You will have sales targets and attractive rewards linked to achievements.
- Candidates who are willing to be mobile and work across locations will be preferred
Requirement:
- 2-year experience needed in BFSI sales.
- Minimum Graduation Required
- Good Communication Skills Required.
