Manager - Bid Management & Sales Support - BPO (3-6 yrs)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES: FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

- Gathering & sorting relevant proposal information and determining the logic flow of RFP components.

- Assist the Bid / Proposal manager in developing a proposal structure.

- Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.

- Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, technical / product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery

- Ensuring consistent global messaging,content and professional appearance of proposals and client presentations.

- Research on new technology and provide value addition to the RFP requirement.

- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers- business requirements

- Work along with different SME's (Subject Matter Experts) for technical solution design and sizing

Customer:

- Gather customer requirements.

- Work with internal & external client to understand the business needs.

- Keep stakeholder updated on the Technology Solution Progress

- Ensures that he/she completes the certification program stipulated for the specific process for own self development.

Financial:

- Cosyt effective Technology Proposal.

- Negotiation with multiple vendor.

- Ensuring that the Technology solution will be design to make TP cost competitive.

QUALIFICATION (Education): Graduate from a recognized Institute or University in any discipline

DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 1+ years of relevant experience in solutioning

DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE: BPO
