Job Purpose:
- Responsible for Business Development by bidding for new healthcare recruitment requirements in the USA.
- The company has recently established business in the USA, having procured licenses in multiple states.
- They have a 10 member sales team in the offshore unit servicing the office in the USA.
- In an effort to grow exponentially, they wish to have a bid-proposal-writer located in Gurgaon to respond to multiple RFPs, as they are expecting a high volume of such traffic in the near future.
Job Requirements:
- Any graduate with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in bid-proposal writing for an American client.
- He/She will need to coordinate closely with the marketing team in the USA and the Head Office in London.
- This is a 5-day working assignment with some overlap with the US timing to interface with the marketing team there.
- This assignment does not involve any travel. It will involve lots of video calls with business partners in the UK and the US.
Candidate must be:
- Self-driven with high action and result orientation
- Excellent communication skills.
