Manager - Banking Sales (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities and roles :
- Reach branch goals by driving monthly initiative launches.
- Locating and hiring prospective insurance consultants or advisors
- Educating and training advisors for increased output
- Creating and putting into practice sales strategies to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Locating brokers and providing ongoing training in the marketing of insurance policies.
- Participating in networking events to draw and keep clients.
- Assisting with marketing and advertising campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA
- Age: Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
- Two-Wheeler Required
- 2 To 4 years of field sales experience
- Staying in the same city for more than 5 years
- Good stability.
