Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
We are searching for a Bancassurance Sales Manager to be liable for overseeing strategy deals and directing the outreach group. The obligations of a Bancassurance Sales Manager incorporate putting forth and observing deals objectives, advancing the expert advancement of the group, and conveying client service.
Job Roles and Duties :
- Sourcing new business from Banking Partner for investment and insurance products.
- To acquire new clients assigned from the banks or via direct referrals.
- To understand the customer's need and advise the suitable investment plan.
- To generate quality business revenue for long-term and short-term investments.
- To generate the conceivable lead for the appointment bank branches and convert them into the business.
Candidates Requirements:
Experience : Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
Age : Up to 38 Years
Qualification : Mini. Bachelor Degree in Any stream
- Solid understanding of policies and products.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Be able to provide mentorship
