Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions
- Activate & Penetrate branches for Insurance Sales
- 100 % Lead-Based Inside Sales of Life Insurance
- Receiving leads from assigned Bank and source business through Channel Partner
Candidate Requirements :
- Experience: Min. 2 Years in Sales and Marketing and 1+ years in the insurance sector
- CTC: Up to 2.60 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
