Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, cultivate and develop relationships with customers.
- Reach out to potential clients and market banking goods and services.
- Achieve sales objectives and help the team reach its objectives.
- Produce leads via direct referrals, events, and digital marketing initiatives, among other marketing channels.
- Perform an analysis of the financial demands of the client and suggest suitable solutions.
- Handle complaints and enquiries in a professional manner to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, legal requirements, and the newest banking goods and services.
- Ascertain adherence to all rules, guidelines, and protocols, both internal and external.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
