Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and put into practice efficient sales tactics to meet business objectives in the banking industry.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a productive sales force.
- Find and seize new business prospects while preserving close ties with current clients.
- Verify that company policies and compliance standards are followed.
- Send out performance reports on a regular basis and participate in strategic decision-making.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
