Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities of candidates includes :
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers
- Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction
- Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.
- Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.
- Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.
- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.
- Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.
Candidate Profile :
- Experience : Min. 2 to 5 years' experience in banking/finance/insurance sector
- CTC : 2.60LPA to 3.50 LPA + 60k Performance Bonus + Incentive + Others Benefits
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 24 to 38 years
- Education: Any Graduation
- Candidate: Local Candidate
- Good Communication Skill
