Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver Bancassurance business through existing channels of the Bank for the assigned region
- Responsible for ensuring that all Certified personnel of these channels are equipped to deliver Insurance products to customers post understanding the customer needs
- Ensure channel readiness - training on products and processes, activation of frontline
- Deliver year on year grow & scale regional franchise for each business vertical.
- Drive Insurance business with highest level of governance and process adherance
- Contribute to a culture where all stakeholders feel open to raise concerns and deal with them in utmost transparency & fairness.
- Keep quality of business as one of your prime responsibility - persistency at the highest level of industry standards.
- Attend & Resolve all client escalations on priority
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation - In any Stream
- Age - 21 to 38 years
- Good Communication Skills
