Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining a relationship with the bank branch manager and employees in order to obtain leads
- Reaching out to potential clients, greeting walk-in clients, and performing a Need Analysis
- Raising the level of knowledge among bank customers regarding life insurance products and achieving the desired cross-selling penetration within the branch's clientele
- Spreading knowledge and inspiring bank staff to recommend life insurance products to bank clients.
- Meeting the requirements of the Goal Sheet on a regular basis
- Verify adherence to established sales and service standards as well as the internal sales process.
