Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
The development, implementation, and management of the bancassurance strategy for a financial services business fall within the purview of the bancassurance manager. The manager's duties include delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction while boosting sales, earnings, and market share for their employer's goods and services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Developing and implementing a bancassurance strategy to ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
- Researching various forms of insurance and assessing risk and potential profit
- Developing and managing relationships with banks and other financial institutions
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or any field
- Previous experience in bancassurance, finance, banking, or a related field
- Knowledge of banking and insurance regulations and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
