Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Urgently Hiring Channel Sales and Marketing Manager for India's Leading Insurance Sectors in India. In this Position, you need to handle existing and walking customers of the Banking Partners.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Build a working relationship with assigned Banking branches - Broking/Banking partners
- Generate Leads of Interested customers from employees of our channel partners
- Provide sales assistance to bancassurance customers
- Identify the customer's financial requirements
- Suggest your customers a suitable Insurance policy
- Regularly visit your assigned branches for new business
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream
- 2 to 3 + Years of experience in Sales of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry
- Excellent Presentations and Communications skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Problem solving attitudes
