We're looking at disrupting the hospitality market in India with alternate accommodations and differentiated experiences.

Description :

- As a Sales Manager (B2B), you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential B2B clients through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting : Identify and target potential B2B clients who align with our offerings and value proposition.

Outbound Sales : Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Present our products/services and address client needs effectively.

Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients. Understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management : Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and conversions.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B or corporate setting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently meet targets.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
