- Our client is a recognized software development company with a rich experience in ERP development, implementation & setting up infrastructure related IT Services. They are authorized partners for Oracle and Redington.

- The current opportunity is in sales of ERP Sales to prospective clients in various sectors such as Manufacturing, Auto, Chemicals, Fragrances, Foods, FMCG, Healthcare and Schools. The product to be sold is a fully integrated and customizable ERP solution which caters to the entire spectrum of activities and processes in a small, medium or large sized corporate.

Candidate Profile :

- Graduates in any stream/MBA with a passion for sales.

- 1-4 years of sales experience.

- Candidate with exposure to B2B sales in Software/Solutions/ERP domains will only be considered.

- You must be a quick learner and be adaptable to a dynamic work culture.

- Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills are a must.

Job Description :

- Generate leads through cold calling, references and direct sales efforts in prospective organizations as per target segments.

- Convert leads generated into revenue/orders.

- End to end responsibility for customer acquisition till handover to implementation team.

- Participate in industry forums and organize B2B meets for the purpose of business generation and networking.

- Identify vendors operating in similar target customer segments and liaise for references/revenue share opportunities.

- Be attuned to market trends and scenarios and develop winning strategies.

- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting schedules to be followed and competition activities to be monitored.

- Work closely with multi-function teams at head office, for optimum efficiency and execution.

- Place of posting will be Noida, territory covered will be Delhi-NCR.
