Our client is a leading name in the D2C Personal Care industry and is on a lookout for a B2B Sales Manager - Corporate Gifting (North Region) to join their team in Gurugram. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing corporate gifting programs, ensuring the seamless delivery of premium personal care products to corporate clients.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs and objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Curate a selection of premium personal care products that align with the preferences and values of corporate clients.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and product innovations to enhance the gifting portfolio.

- Oversee the customization and branding process of personal care products to meet client specifications.

- Ensure that all branded items adhere to quality standards and reflect the client's corporate identity.

- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of personalized gift packages.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential corporate clients and opportunities for business growth.

- Provide insights on regional preferences and trends that can influence the gifting strategy.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in corporate gifting, preferably in the personal care or FMCG industry.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
