Manager - B2B Sales & Business Development - Bank (1-5 yrs)

Bangalore/Ahmedabad Job Code: 318322

Role will include developing business and sales leads. Mapping and planning the business with key accounts; achieving goals for the business unit and responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line. Should have worked in B2B sales profiles for Fintech and financial institutions or experience of sales in Fintech Companies.

Must-Haves:

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills in English and Local languages.

Requirements:

- Basic Knowledge of the Indian Co-operative banks, Financial institutions, Conducting market research and Identify potential / prospects for business partnership for company (Banks & Financial institutions)

- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

- Drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadline

- Identify new business opportunities and partners

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

- Deepening existing partnerships for higher volume / market share

- Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA in Sales & Marketing/Finance

- 3-5 years of product / service selling experience to banks & financial services companies

Job Type: Full-time

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types: Performance bonus

Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
