Manager - B2B Sales (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager for our client, who is a leader in the Fintech industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Confer with businesses by telephone to set appointments for B2B Sales Representatives.
- Probe businesses for referrals and or leads to broadening the scope of influence.
- Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service.
- Keep records within Salesforce of business interactions or transactions with assigned B2B reps recording details of inquiries
- Knowing the (internal and external) customer business needs and acting accordingly,anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service.
- Maintaining effectiveness in reaching set goals by adapting to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities, and people.
Skills Required :
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Proven work experience from the same field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
