Manager - B2B Marketing - IT (2-6 yrs)

The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive to the revenue growth and customer engagement of the organization. This person will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness. They will manage lead generation, content curation/creation, and sales collaterals. This high-impact role will work across functions and, interact with clients, vendors, and senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive transactions and customer engagement. 


 - Marketing in executing the company's B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company's business objectives.


 - Focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics. 


Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors is essential to increasing marketing's contribution to revenue.


 - Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-andfeel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials- coordinating and socializing with content, creative, sales and broader organization. 


- Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on B2B marketing initiatives. 


- Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include PPC, email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates. 


- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail. 


- Develops marketing strategies in collaboration with the brand management team, including all live events, print, digital and enduring programs. 


- Establish and maintain timelines for marketing plans and engagement campaigns, reporting the key metrics on a monthly and project basis. 


- Create collateral, website, and other digital content that helps us to acquire new professional relationships as well as to cultivate existing relationships. 


- Develop and execute reciprocal cross-promotion programs with business partners on social media sites and in developing online reviews for each other's businesses.

- Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment- with multiple stakeholders. 


- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 


- Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work with minimal supervision.


 - Strong project management and organizational skills. 


- Must be a self-starter, who takes initiative. 


- Comfortable at presenting and communicating to all levels of the organization. 


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
