Reporting to: Senior Manager / GM / AGM

Roles:

Sales Manager shall own and oversee activities of the new client acquisition. Should be able to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in clients resulting in new acquisitions. Grow business by achieving revenue targets with new clients by means of new service offerings. Become a trusted service partner by meeting the client's needs and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for new client acquisition.

- Responsible for meeting Business goals on the new Headcount acquisition and Revenue Prospecting through cold calling and other channels

- Create healthy pipeline

- Ability to hunt for new and large accounts

- Demonstrate strong ability to manage multiple Sales opportunities simultaneously

- Forecasting monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends(including competition)

- Develop high level relationships with CXO's

- Demonstrate ability to manage internal stakeholders to meet client expectation at a regular basis

Education & Experience :

- MBA from Premium B-School (preferred)

- Experience: Min. 2 years of exp. in Corporate Sales

- High on learnability.
