- Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to optimize sales strategy.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our business, specializing in B2B office furniture and workstations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales leadership background with a deep understanding of B2B sales.

Role & responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Leadership :

1. Implement the company sales strategy to meet business goals and revenue targets.

2. Identify growth opportunities within the modular furniture sector, specifically in office furniture, workstations, and seating solutions.

Client Acquisition & Business Development :

1. Identify potential B2B clients in key markets including corporate offices and architects/interior designers/PMC.

2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, PMCs and project managers to ensure repeat business.

3. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers and PMCs.

4. Expand product penetration in existing accounts and develop new accounts to achieve business growth.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Operations :

1. Oversee sales operations, including pricing strategies, client negotiations, and contract management.

2. Manage and report on sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to the management.

Client Relationship Management :

1. Build long-term, trusted relationships with corporate clients, architects, interior designers and PMC.

2. Ensure excellent customer service, including post-sales support and addressing any client concerns.
